Please take the time to read and understand the terms and conditions (the terms) of the membership system. They govern our members' (your, you) use of the services provided by The Sniff Studio (we, us, the site) as a member. By participating in the program, members are deemed to be bound by, and to have accepted, the terms and our Privacy Policy.
Membership
Your Membership is non-transferable. You must not share your username and password with anyone else or allow anyone else to access the Site using your username and password. You must use reasonable efforts to keep your username and password confidential. Notify us as soon as you are aware of any unauthorised use of your membership.
Membership Benefit Conditions
Benefits may be used only by the members, and are non-transferable.
Black Member:
To be a Black Member, register an account on www.thesniffstudio.com.
We employ an incremental points program powered by Smile.io, where customers can earn and redeem points while shopping with us. You will be rewarded 1 point on every $1 you spent, you could thereupon redeem $3 cash coupon for every 100 points on your account.^ A unique coupon code will be sent to your account when you redeem the points, and it stays on your account before you decide to use it. To celebrate your birthday, 1000 points will be added to your account, which you may redeem a $30 cash coupon for your next order. You are required to enter your birthday in Smile at least 30 days in advance. Otherwise, you will have to wait another year to be rewarded.
^When you spend $100, you will earn 100 points. You may then redeem $3 cash coupon. In short, you are entitled to $3 cash rebate for every $100 you spent.
Points will be automatically updated within 24 hours of purchase. Earned points are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gold Member (VIP):
Customers with an accumulative purchase of HKD3000 within 1 year or a single transaction of HKD2000 are eligible for the exclusive benefits of Gold Member. You are required to submit an online membership application form. A confirmation message will be sent once the application is approved. VIP Membership is valid for 12 months, following the date of the application approval.
As a Gold Member (VIP) with The Sniff Studio, you are entitled to the following benefits.
Our VIPs enjoy 15% off on Soy Candles & Reed Diffusers and 10% off on Wax Tablets & Shaped Candles. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $300 (except Shiplus "Door-to-door" service). Member Welcome Gift will be sent along with the first order after being our VIP. To celebrate your birthday, you will be offered 20% off on Soy Candles & Reed Diffusers (regular VIP discounts do not apply), while a birthday gift will be sent along with the order you placed in your birthday month. Please contact us to place a one-time order for your birthday purchase. We will host private sales occasionally, details will be announced through member's whatsapp group on our official Instagram account.
To extend the membership, you must spend a minimum of $2000 within 12 months.
All benefits are subject to availability.
Privacy
We will use your personal information to manage your account; for research and analytics; and to send you personalised news, updates, promotions, offers and other marketing communications of the brand where you have agreed to this. It is voluntary for you to provide your personal information but if you do not, we may not be able to provide you with our services, including the benefits of our loyalty programs. Personal information that you share may be used by us, our agents and contractors in relation to your membership, including marketing activities for the site. Our information collection and use of any personal information about you is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
If you wish to cancel the membership before the expiry date, please delete your account on the website and send an email to hello@thesniffstudio.co to inform us about the cancelation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Hong Kong law and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with the Program.
The Sniff Studio reserves the right to update, modify or cancel any terms and conditions of the membership system at any time without notification. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Sniff Studio shall be final and conclusive. If there is any conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
